Congelados Herbania S.A., was created in 1986 in the island of Fuerteventura with the aim of supplying with food products the tourist sector. Early on the '90 the company enlarged its presence to Gran Canaria and later to Lanzarote and Tenerife, expanding also its activity to other fields beyond the tourist sector. Our basic activity is the trade of every kind of frozen and refrigerated products and subsequent distribution to the retailer in every corner of the Canary Islands.

Step by step, some other activities have been incorporated to the importation and distribution, as different kinds of manufacturing (filets, cuts, smokeds, etc.) Thus, a hing capacity processing plant was created in Gran Canaria and another two plants have been set at the brand new facilities in the island of Fuerteventura.

Nowadays, we are a leading company in the processing and distribution of refrigerated and frozen food products for the Canarian tourist sector as well as in the food sector.
